Welcome to Judicious Beats. I am Jamie Todd Foreman, and I split my time between my hometown of DeFuniak Springs, FL, and Palm Beach, FL, with occasional visits to Gainesville, FL, where I spent eight years studying and enjoying the historically vibrant music scene. 

After years of practicing law, combined with a lifelong love of music and a habit of dissecting tracks and counting beats, two events motivated me to pursue music as JTForeman: attending EDC’s post-pandemic return to Orlando, FL, and a 2023 Post Malone concert, which wasn’t a solo effort. A close friend and recording artist, TizzL, invited me to the concert. On the way home, Eminem’s “Forgot About Dre” played, and TizzL flawlessly rapped the track—a powerful performance even while driving. Thanks to Postie, that unforgettable night sparked a year of collaborating on beats, and the rest is history. 

Becoming a recording artist and starting the Judicious Beats label is an effort to understand the new creator economy and to advise a client on a revolutionary new initiative: JoyJam (www.joyjam.com). This platform will revolutionize the music economy as we know it by connecting artists directly with fans, cultivating creators' careers, and engaging fans in a dynamic, game-changing new way.  

Along the way, I’m excited to share my music and look forward to releasing new, genre-bending tracks that commemorate a collaborative effort with my buddy under the artist name TizzL & JT.
